Try limiting yourself to eating only soy proteins, fruit and vegetables, and non-fat dairy products. Taking multi-vitamins are also beneficial. I usually eat cheerios, grapefruit, egg whites, and two cups of water for breakfast. For lunch, 4 tablespoons of peanut butter on whole wheat toast, 3/4 cup of non-fat yogurt, a banana, 1/4 block of tofu, and 4 cups of steamed spinach will do for me. Usually, dinner for me includes baked salmon, with lots of green, and red vegetables.
