Exercise routine Questions?


Question:
It's recomended that a person should get at least 30min of exercise 3x a week. Is the excercise less effective if the 30min is split into two 15min or the like instead of being done all at once? Also, what is an effective form of excercise for efficently decreasing excess body fat around the thighs/buttocks?

Answers:
well yes because it takes a while to reach your target heart rate, and if you split it into two sessions it's not as productive as if you were to maintain the same rate.

Other Answers:
You can't lose fat in a specific area.

If you lose weight it will be from all over your body.

You can lift weights to help butt and thighs look better, but you can not target fat loss.

Splitting up the routine is fine, it will still produce the same great rewards.
