I have tried diets, cutting things out. Yea, it works, and works quickly, but if you don't stick with it, it comes baaaaaack!
I have decided that I am cutting back on bad carbs, the white stuff. I need to work on the sugar stuff now!
I am eating more whole grains, fruits and veggies. I cut my portions down, and its actually working!
I haven't lost a lot of weight, but about 2 1/2 lbs in 2 weeks, so thats about normal.
I also started working out with Denise Austin. Her workouts don't kill ya, and I can tell a diff.
I have that stubborn belly flab, and I can see it slowly going away.
