How much younger than 13? If you mean really close like almost 13, then I would say you shouldn't be more than 110 lbs.
idk, I'm 5 foot 4 and 100 pounds, is that good?
130

For a proper health measure the formula is -
"Height in inches = weight in kgs."
Considering that you are still growing, & you weight will fluctuate until you are in your late teens to 20's, why are you worrying about it now?
Go to the doctor & ask him, he can take your pulse & BP, & tell you where you are on the growth chart.
My son is 12 & he has constantly gotten a little fatter before he grows 2 inches or has a growth spurt. He is not overweight at all, but he is & has been in the 95th percentile or higher his whole life.
The doctor is the only one qualified to tell you if you are over weight at your age
According to a Body Mass Index chart, anything over 136 pounds would be considered overweight.

24.9 as a BMI is the maximum normal weight. 136 pounds at 5'2" will give you that as a BMI; so anything over that is considered over-weight.
