one that is either walking or jogging.
and tell me what i can eat.
i want the fastest results but still HEALTHY so don't tell me fast is not healthy i want the fasted healthy results

cut out sugar from you diet sugar is not your friend cut out bread unless it's whole wheat only 2x a week-excise for 40-1hr EVERY day drink ONLY water or milk pasta out of the question NO fast food GUARANTEE TO WORK
