Which diet pills work?

Question:
I don't plan on working out at all -- I just need something to suppress my appetite and boost my metabolism. I'm only looking to loose 10 lbs at the most.. What do you suggest?

Answers:
Tried all of those above.waste of money. I have lost 40 # in the past 3 months though.Learned to eat right. Eat something healthy every 3 hours between healthy meals..fresh foods only, no pre-packaged except brown rice. Nothing enriched, only whole grain. Example B-fast, yogurt and whole grain toast with real butter. 3 hours: granola bar (the hard type), 3 hours, hand full of nuts, lunch, frsh veggies raw, w/ dressing.and so on. Dinner, cook with Olive oil only, saute fresh veggies w/ garlic and herbs, boil in a bag brown rice, and grill some chicken. Drink only water.stay away from cola's (even diet) for a while.(Look into Mediterrainean cooking).good luck.spend the pill money on real food. (If God didnt make it, don't eat it.) By eating every 3, you keep your metabolic engine running, and it really works. If your bosy thinks it's getting enough good food and water, it will stop storing it.

Other Answers:
You can only boost your metabolism through exercise.

Xenadrine - I'm telling you it works!! I lost 30lbs one summer and all I did was occassionally walk. None "work" because you will gain after you quit taking them. Try cutting out soda and you would be amazed at how much weight you could lose! I lost 25 lbs in 6 months.

dexatrim natural should work.
and you might want to munch on some wheat thins or something for the appetite thing.
slim fast is also effective.

dont forget to exercise and drink loads of water, too.

if ur fat stay fat dont try pills work out thats the best way to lose weight Trim-spa really works well.

You should try to get in a little bit of cardio, as this will help boost your metabolism. Perhaps you can take a walk during lunch? Taking a diet pill will likely give you more energy that you can use to go on a walk.
