A weight loss plateau?
Question:

Well done!!
It is normal to plateau for a few weeks, when weight loss has been steady, don't let it dishearten you as it will start to come off again. Also try measuring yourself rather than weighing - if we are exercising, our weight can remain stable (as muscle is heavier than fat) but we can loose inches.
Try and vary your exercises routine as muscles can 'get used' to exercises and you should use all the muscle groups, so try and run one day, skip the next and then swim on the third day.
If you are following a low fat diet, make sure you include some 'good fats' such as avocado, nuts, seeds etc as some of these fatty acids are essential for the metabolism of fat and can help to lose weight.
It doesn't sound as though you really need to lose anymore though, so be careful, and make sure you stop when those last 5lbs have gone.
Best wishes. x

Hope this helps.
I am stuck myself.
Change up your exercise routine. Your body is used to what you are doing. I would also add weights if you are not already using them. They are a great way to tone down and help burn off those last few pounds.
How tall are you? You may have reached the healthy weight at which you are supposed to be at. There is such a thing...
Well in all honesty, as long as your over 5 feet and like 3 inches your weight is fine. The more weight you have the faster it is lost, while the less you have the longer it takes
sometimes its good to change yr dietary intake and exercise routine. this article has some great weight loss and exercise programs that will help you
Eat less and work out more the weight will come off
The theory behind losing weight is to burn more then you consume. I'm not saying stop eating but I would urge you to eat healthier and to add another day of cardio or work out longer or increase the intensity.
Also, one's body weight is never a measurement of how healthy someone is. My gf is your bw and HARD and we both get compliments ALL THE TIME about her.!!!!! you may want to obcess oveer quality then quantity. Then, monitor your bf and how much you can pinch.
Wow, first congrats on the loss you have already achieved that is actually pretty impressive.
Now, if you want to continue to see results you will really have to switch things up believe it or not your body can actually get accustomed to the same activity. You should look into a different activity like swimming or biking maybe even take up some classes at your local gym. Weight training is another option not only will it increase your activity level but the extra muscle you add on will actually increase your metabolism.
