Drink a lot of water. If you are hungry, drink a bottle of water. Your body might be telling you that you are hungry when in fact you are thirsty, If you are still hungry 20 minutes later, then you really are hungry and you should eat something nutritious, like fruit, veggies, etc.
Keep drinking a lot of hot water.
Brush your teeth or eat a very hot pepper, like a habanero or a scotch bonnet.
start taking cola nuts
Eat small amount of it. If you eliminate it totally, you will only want it more.
By controlling yourself and sticking to a strict dietry plan. Make it simple, but tasty, and keep self-discipline. Otherwise no diet will work.

Depends on what you are craving. Women especially tend to crave certain things.like chocolate.at certains periods in their cycle. If that is your problem, you might want to have a hormone panel done and see if you have an imbalance somewhere. I had serious chocolate cravings until I started hormone therapy and now it is really not a problem at all.
If you have other types of cravings like sugars or fats, that can also be a sign of dietary imbalances. Your body knows it isn't getting what it needs for good nutrition, so it "craves" foods. The healthier you eat the less cravings you will have.but you have to stick with it. Cut out the processed, sugary, fatty foods. Eat more veggies, fruits, lean meats, etc.If you crave sweets.eat an apple. If you crave fatty foods.eat lean meat. The cravings won't go away immediately, but they WILL go away!
Since eating REALLY healthy can be a problem for many people, you might also try taking a good whole food nutrition supplement.that's a supplement made from green-sourced plants.not a synthetic vitamin.
Eat more dietary Fiber, like vegetables and whole grains, they will make you feel full as they remain in the stomach for longer and they are high in volume.
