I need to lose 10more lbs but I cant seem to lose anymore!?

Question:
Please no stupid answers, I need help NOT humor.
*So no lose an arm, head or become anoerxic kind of answers!
So I have been excercising roughly about 5 weeks & a half. during those 5 weeks I lost 10lbs. My goal is 20lbs, & I only need 10more to reach my goal. And so far, I only REMAIN my 10pound lost and I can't seem to lose more than that. Ppl have told me it was water weight I lost and I guess I can agree w/ that. But I have been doing my excercising routine of 1hr and 30mins of running, 100 bicycle sit-ups, 20reg.situps, 50 jumping jacks and eating healthy. I jst added that half of an hour to my running on my 5th week so I'm still trying to get used to it. The last 2 weeks of my 5 weeks of working out, I only lost a lb and people told me b/c one of those 2 weeks I had my period and that I wouldnt lose anything b/c of it. I'm slowly giving up since I'm not losing anymore weight, my main problem is my stomach area and i thought running helps it lose weight but i dont see a big dif.

This is my workout plan (BELOW). I am not trying to lose anymore weight but when I PIG out, my constant exercise schedule does not let me gain weight. I am also still in the sculpting phase. It sounds like u may need to add some dumb bells, maybe 5-8 lbs. U also may need to add more protein to your diet. Slow down on the jumping jacks because they may make u build more muscle. Eat more broccoli, celery, and apples. These small changes will help. Running will help u to lose your stomach but instead of minutes u may need to increase your mileage and also try to do or uphill or stair climbing, this will help.
My plan:
M - walk and jog mix 45 minutes: 15 minutes of stretching
W -walk and jog mix 30 minutes: 30 minutes of jump roping (took a while to get to this continuous point, but I have great legs)
F- walk with 5lb weights for 45 minutes : 200 crunches in 4 sets of 25

T & TH- Billy Blanks Boot Camp 1 hour (usually on these nights, depends on how eating went I will end my night with 200 crunches)

maybe its the water weight you HAVENT lost.

When losing weight its inevitable that water will make up some of the weight loss. No matter how we lose weight or how long the weight loss takes everyone will lose water. Many factors determine the amount of water we lose in comparison to fat loss, they include:

which exercise is selected

the diet chosen - for example, a low carb diet may increase water loss

calorie intake - lowering calorie intake too much will cause more water loss

the physical state of the person - the amount of protein and carb stores before new diet.

there's just some of the information i found ona site. check it out it might help. it looks at all aspects of losing weight, good luck.

Drink lots of water to flush out the toxins in your system for starters! If you have intestinal blockage that will not allow your body to correctly process the foods you eat it will greatly hinder weight loss! Call Sunshine or go on line and talk to them about cleaning our your intestines. Cascara Sagrada and Senna are a great combination for cleaning out your intestines. If you have a sluggish liver from toxic build up you will need a "liver cleanse". Don't eat after 6:00pm. If you don't have a fast metabolism then eating after 6:00pm will add to your defeat. Take a good multi vitamin like "Daily One" from "Doctor's Pride". It is the best on the market, it has been for the last 15 years. It will give you energy and lift your spirits to continue on with your goal. Best of luck! P.S. sit ups cause disc herniation and jumping jacks just put out the pelvic and do havic to the spine!
Don't forget that as you excersize you build muscle, and muscle weighs more than fat. The same thing happened to me after I lost 13 pounds, then I quit losing weight, then started gaining it back, three pounds and I freaked out, though I was still doing the same thing. I even added more excersize to try and start losing again. It wasn't until I took a good look in the mirror after weeks of not losing an ounce, that I realized the weight I wanted to lose was gone, and my muscles were being toned. That's why I had started gaining weight. You're doing all the right things, keep exercising and ALWAYS maintain a healthy diet... and take a good look in the mirror!
Have you ever considered fasting?
fasting promotes detoxification and weight loss

weight loss during water fasting can be from half a pound to 2 1/2 pounds a day. you will need to cut out exercise and start resting.

another alternative to water fasting is juice fasting, drinking only fresh juiced fruits and vegies weight loss during juice fast is much slower...

If anyone considers fasting they should read about the precautions of fasting on websites and make sure they don't have a health condition that makes it dangerous for them to fast.

please consult with a doctor before going on long fasts or if you have any concerns about its causes to your personal health.

at the very least, during a fast try to rest as much as possible maybe take a multi vitamin, make sure your drinking enough water and by all means, if you start to feel weak, eat or drink something and reconsider if you should be fasting at all, fasting isn't for everyone!
First, you cannot "spot reduce", i.e. you cannot expect to be able to lose fat only arounf your stomach area. Exercise will cause fat loss overall and unfortunately for us, fat tends to accumulate at the most inconvenient areas. Second, weight is just a number. Do not be obssessed with it. The better way to tell how well you are doing is to check whether your clothes fit better. I am sure you would prefer to be say, 130 lbs at 15% bodyfat rather than 120 lbs at 25% bodyfat. Your goal should be to shed fat and not so much weight as such. Third, are you running at the same pace/intensity over the past 5 weeks. As you run more and get fitter, you should be aiming to run at a faster pace to increase the intensity.
Try a cleansing diet! I did and lost 10.5 pounds and 17 inches in only 9 days. I was very happy with the results and continued on the program and lost 25 pounds in 5 weeks. This is the fastest I have ever lost with other diets like Jenny Craig, Weight Watchers, Medifast, Slimfast etc…. Cleansing works by removing toxins from your body. You get toxins from your food (pesticides, preservatives, food additives, colorings) water, chemicals, pollution, medications, alcohol, hormones that the animals you eat were fed etc….YUCK! The toxins get coated with fat and remain in your body. To remove the fat, you have to remove the toxins. This system worked for me, maybe it can work for you too. You can check out the website or call this toll free number 1-877-587-4647 for more info. The program is not cheap, but it is worth every penny since it works and keeps you motivated. Good luck!
Hi
This programme worked for me so here goes,
If you are serious about losing weight, the calories in the food you eat should be less than the energy you use. You will have to increase your metabolic rate now, and plan your diet carefully.
Formulate your own weight loss plan and you will lose weight faster. More details available at http://tinyurl.com/m7ckx

Good luck
