i am 32 and feel i am getting dull(brains wise), how to beat it?

Yeah, play logic games. You will need to get off the internet probably though. Go buy a Sudoku book. Take up chess.that is really one of the best games for the brain. It is a shame that they don't teach that to kids in school.
Try a new hobby or consider enrolling in some classes at your local comunity college.
I'm young (I'm only 18) but even now I read books and write down in a notebook important facts about everything I can possibly think of. I've been reading a book on DMT, and on communism (random, yes I know haha) of late.
Then, throughout the day, I read over my notes to pass the time. It really helps with my memory and brain power, because I can tell you I've never had the best memory in the world.
Also games like scrabble tend to help with vocabulary. You can also learn one new word a day, which also helps with your terminology.

I find that if I'm dehydrated I feel that way. I also recently did a colon and liver flush and I feel like a new person both physically and mentally. Are you eating right and exercising? All those things help your mental acuity.
if you feel that you are getting slow, then maybe you should start with simple math or science questions, or ones that you feel are simple, and then start with ones that are harder, then even harder ones and so on until you feel that you are not so dull. Maybe you should watch more of learning channels, such as discovery and history, but no more than you usually would! If watch to much T.V. you mght start worrying about being overweight! Also, maybe do some education bored games, or games like scrabble or other games that make you think, anyways, hope I helped!
Currently I'm enjoying Sudoku (numbers only crossword puzzles), which is supposed to increase your mental alertness.
I also feel yoga and meditation are wonderful to expand your mind as well as your heart. I sleep more deeply, and need less of it, plus my memory retention is slowly increasing.
I also had a good experience with ginkgo biloba supplements (herbal remedy).
