meniscus repair?
Question:
Answers:
The only exercise I know of would have to be, Physical Therapy. Because the healing process is different for each individual. In some situations, your surgeon may offer a meniscus repair as a possible surgery for damaged or torn cartilage.
If surgery is done a problem that may occur over time is that the cartilage on the ends of the bone was worn away more quickly. This is thought to be due to the loss of the cushioning effect and the diminished stability of the joint that is seen after a meniscus is removed.
Radial tears may be reparable depending on where they are located. See if you can find some literature on different type of tears. I hope this helps!

Whoa - that sounds pretty bad. I am not a doctor but I play one on TV - I would say you may need to amputate the leg from above the knee. Take care and good luck.
