i would probably say somewhere from 120-140 for an average female.
but remember that muscle weighs more than fat.so if your really muscular, you'll weigh more, but you won't necessarily be fat.

i work in a doctors office.its from 145-160 according to the chart they have..and 110 is way too skinny dude..i am 5'6 and i weigh 130 and im by no means fat 115-135
