nausea from weights?

Question:
yesterday after pulling some weights and getting swetty i started feeling nauseated and i'm still feeling like that. what can it be?

Answers:
When you lift weights or exersice you get acid build up in your stomach which can make you feel abit ill. This is normal and the more you exersice this goes away. Try eating a bit before exersice.

Other Answers:
Dehydration will do that to you.
it sounds like your workout lasted too long and the sweating and lengthy workout can cause some nausea
Please don't eat before you exercise. That's only going to make you feel worse.Stomach acid? What you build up while working out is lactic acid and cortisol,a waste product and a stress hormone. It's not uncommon to feel a bit ill after a hard workout.I've been at the gym and seen guys get sick right in the weight room after an intense set.
Barring anything being wrong with you (medical anomaly) this may continue to happen for a while.I've never seen it last until the next day though.Don't train again until it subsides. If it continues to happen see a doctor.Start training with a little less intensity for a while and work your way back up over the course of about 30 days after some good rest.
If your still feeling tired and your urine is very dark see a doctor as this could be a sign of a very uncommon stress disorder
