How can I make my muscles sleek, not bulky?

Question:
I run and rollerblade nearly every day and have lost about 10 lbs the past couple months, but I still wear the same size in jeans, if not bigger because my muscles are getting huge and bulging. I hate this about my body, I want to be skinny, not have round muscles everywhere. Am I exercising too much or a certain muscle too much? What are some tips to help me acheive sleek, skinny legs instead of muscular?

Answers:
Aerobics and light weights. Do more reps and less weight. Try Yoga. It stretches and makes the muscles leaner.

Other Answers:
Pilates and yoga will lengthen your muscles so they're not so bulky.

I have always heard that as far as the gym is concerned, more weight for less reps makes bulky muscles and less weight at more reps makes much more defined. yea you dont want those big bulky ones, you want the lean and long kind.
