The question here is "Why would you want to loose 15 pounds in 10 days?" You will just put in right back on!
It takes weeks, months, even years for most of us to put our weight on. Not to mention, sometimes age, metabolism and other health related issues cause us to pack on a few extra pounds. The bottom line is drink lots of water, eat smaller portions, limited your starch and sugar intake, but most important exercise. Just 30 minutes a day of walking is great. You can gradually increase to 1hr a day of walking. Not only is it a great way to get out and breathe the somewhat fresh air, it is a Great way to beat stress. And stress is the number one cause of weight gain and other health related problems.
A few of my girlfriends have tried the Hollywood Liquid diet. They said, they would never do it again. They did loose a little weight, but they all got really bad headaches and moodiness.
Just watch your starch intake, limit your sugar to 3 grams on anything you eat, lower is better. Eat smaller portions and drink lots of water. And if your not into exercising with weights, just walk 30 minutes a day. Start off slow and then pick up the tempo to provide you with a more intense walk workout.

i'm not sure you can. i suppose you have to go on a slim-fast diet. but Oprah said that she lost 67 lbs, only to gain it all back b/c it's a lifestyle change, not a starvation thing because eventually you HAVE to eat. good luck. please lose weight safely!
10 days? How about 4 months? stop eating crap. Lay off all sugar products to start with and you'll see some weight lose. If its fried don't touch it.

15 lbs in 10 days? You don't. Over time though, you can lose weight, but you should do it safely by maintaining a healthy diet of small portions of healthy foods. Plenty of protein and fresh veggies. Also make sure you're getting excercise. It's the little things that make a big difference, like parking farther away at stores and walking, or taking stairs instead of the elevator. Just be realistic about it and try your best to be healthy and the weight will come off gradually. I guess it depends on wheter you want to keep the weight off or just lose it for a special occasion. There is a beverage drink system at GNC in an orange bottle, (not sure of the title - but I will check for you and follow up) If you follow the instructions exactly you can lose up to 10 pounds in 7 days. It is only water weight thought, not actual fat. You will need to cut out all salt and caffiene - anything that will help you retain water.
Keep in mind this is only a quick fix and you can not lose actual fat this way. the weight will come back. The only way to lose weight and fat is by diet, excersize and patience. You should only lose 2-3 pounds a week to keep the weight off. Otherwise it will just keep coming back. The first person who answered you had the right idea - it's a lifestyle change, you need to commit yourself to a heathier lifestyle.
