because they are too fat and lazy too go out and lose the weight. it makes them feel as if they are on the right track just talking about losing weight I have to say, ;) I have never seen a fat person sit on a computer.

What an idiotic question,all sorts of people sit on the computer and ask questions,does that mean that thin people who sit at home and ask how to gain weight with diet are lazy?Allot of people fat,thin,short,and tall,black and white,use the internet for answers,asking questions is better then not asking questions.Why don't you stop asking ignorant questions and focus on making yourself a better person.
It's because they would rather whine then get off their fat butt and exercise. Everyone knows how to lose weight, diet and exercise. It's not rocket science. Just do it, fatso. you will never kow how it is to be fat and try everything and everything fail on you. thats why you ask for help where you can even a computer.dont knock people for tryting to find help on the computer.at least they havent given up.

( watching your food intake, having a balanced diet and drinking water all help- but the key is exercise)
and some people are really not realistic with their genes- DNA- if you'r mom is 6'2" - 304 pounds and dad is 6'6" and 350- your brothers, sisters, uncles , aunts and grandparents all are similar- there are very slim chances you will be - model material - 6'2" with a size 2 waist
they should be real and get up and exercise - it's one of the best things to do for your body and it really works. Because they have nothing better to do.
