Does any one know how i can work (tone) my quads and hamstrings.ye. i am working my hwole body and dieting.?

I need workouts that are really good, that you KNOW give results, and ones that i can do at home no gyn.i have dumbells and elastic pully's. Quads and hastrings are the back of the upper thighs and the side of the upper thighs. Thanks in advance.
