got any high protein foods suggestions?

Question:
I am a picky eater and need to increase my protein consumption during the day, I hate re-heated foods and know that coldmeat is bad for me. I have also had enough of tuna...suggestions??

Answers:
Okay I wont say the t word. I will start from the top on meats. Fish, chicken, beef and pork. Most nuts are high in protein but some people are afraid of the extra fats. Most of the fats in nuts are heart healthy fats. I like to snack on t and crackers, almonds and protein bars.

Other Answers:
Eggs are a good source of protein.

Mushrooms, Fish, Eggs, Deli-sliced meats, Bacon (which you can buy already cooked), Pepperoni, Summer Sausage, etc.
Hey there. I can very much relate to you becsaue I am also a very picky eater. As far as protein goes: any type of nuts are a good one. Try trail mix- with a variety of nuts. If you find you still cant get enough try a protein supplement.
-Balence Bar
- Power Bar (most highly suggested!)
- lean cusine ( some of the meals have around 12 grams of protein amazingly with no bad fats and they taste pretty delousious!)
-suppliments can work too
- find a meat or fish you like
- things like nuts and peanut butter have some protein
Ricotta cheese is an excellent source of protein. You can get it in no fat or low fat versions. The quality of ricotta cheese is rated even higher than egg protein. And you can consume it cold without heating. I like it on toasted bagels.
Soya beans
protein shakes
steak
lobster
crab
chicken
turkey
protein bars peanut butter sandwiches
fish (salmon, red snapper etc.)
