A lot. YOushouldn't do it though because when you will go back to eating normally you will gain two or three times as much weight.

You should ask how much weight would I gain back once I start eating more than once a day? Twice as much as the weight you lost!
You put your body on starvation mode eating only once a day. Eventually you will loose weigh not because you are loosing fat but muscle tissue. Fat can only be reduced with exercise.
You need to control you calorie intake to maybe 1,900 or 2,000 calories a day.
No sugar
No saturated fat
little flour
and lots of vegetable and fruits
protein once a day
eat small portions and several times a day
exercise at least 3 times a week with at least 30 minutes cardio and 30 minutes weights.
The more muscle you build
the more calories you burn
the more weigh you loose.
