1. Exercise 3-4 times a week.
2. Eat healthy (not less but better)

To loose weight you does not have any need to go to gym or some where else.
To loose weight just avoid fast foods, soft drinks, alcohol, and eating to pass time and start walking briskly for 30 min a day for 6 days a week.

im on a soup diet, just lots of veggies in a pot and then use a mixer to make it into a soup. but eat a normal breakfast, like musli and yoghurt.. and then the soup for lunch. and then
