As you exercise more, your body needs more energy, so you might find you have been eating more to replace the calories. You need to make sure you're cutting back on calories, while increasing your level of activity, to lose weight. Also, as you gain muscle you can also gain weight, because muscle has more density (is "heavier") than fat tissue. Has your waist size changed at all? Weight is not the only factor. You probably have at least noticed a change in how good you feel, how much energy you have, and your attitude. Keep up the good work. It will pay off. And don't forget, you have to adopt this new lifestyle long-term for lasting benefits. If you reach your goal then quit exercising, all that hard work will be wasted.

YOU CAN BE LOSING FAT AND GAINING MUSCLE. your body will get use to the amount of cardio your do. you want to keep your body in a shock mode.. never let yourself get use to something.. your on the right track, but cut back on how many days you do your cadio. also circuit training is another form of cardio.. change your rountine.. email me at rjline77@yahoo if you have any more questions.
You may have increase your calorie intake. For me when I start exercising I tend to be hungry more. So I just started to drink more water which helped to decrease my hunger and desire to eat.
There could be a few different reasons for this. First, it depends on your eating habits. Depending on your weight, sex, and what your height is, you should only be eating a certain amount of calories per day (usually it is around 2,000). Second, are you on any medications? Certain meds will actually make it harder for you to loose weight or will make you gain a few pounds. Third possible problem could be that something is out of wack in your body. My only solution to this is to see a doctor. I hope that this helps a little. Good luck!

Go here to see how many calories you should be eating:
http://pediatrics.about.com/library/bl_calorie_calc.htm A square inch of muscle tissue weighs alot more than a square inch of fat tissue, you are probably gaining muscle at the same time you are losing fat.
Do not pay attention to a scale, pat attention to how your clothes fit you and how you look in the mirror, and possibly take some measurements of your waist, stomach and buttocks, every 1-2 weeks.
cuz ur toning up!! would u rather weight less n look fat n flubby or would u rather weight more but look skinny
