I would also recommend taking a fiber supplement if you think you are not getting enough fiber daily. But if you eat the required "food pyramid" amounts of each you should have plenty of fiber.
bread has alot of fiber but go for whole wheat instead of white.its better for u,has more fiber,and will make a great sandwich! ;-)
