How many miles?

Question:
Should a run a day? I dont want to over do it but i wanna do enough at the same time.

Answers:
That depends on a number of things.
1-how long have you been running?
2-do you have any injuries?
3-how physically fit are you?

I can tell you to run 5 miles 3 days a week, but if you're a new runner, that's not possible. I increased my mileage too soon with a bad knee and was laid up with knee pain for 2 weeks. The best plan is to start a run/walk program where you intersperse periods of walking with periods of running. Gradually decrease your walk time while you increase your run time. To begin with, shoot for running a mile non-stop, then increase your mileage by no more than 10% per week. Listen to your body above all else.

Other Answers:
3 miles
not to sure in miles. but if you run for 30-45 minutes thats a nice amount of time. if you feel you can do more later do it.

that is a hard question to answer--it depends on how long you have been running--if you have at all! and every person's body is different so what might work forr me may not work fo you.you have to elaborate a bit more on your question--but if you haven't been running you should start by fast-walking fist! take care and good luck!!
Build up to run about 3 miles 3 or 4 days per week and one longer run maybe 5 - 6 miles one day per week. Slowly build up to this--don't try to do it all at once. Maybe start out walking or mix running and walking. Try not to increase your running mileage by more than 10% each week or you risk injuring yourself and not being able to continue. Also make sure you have good running shoes.
