Should I lower my calories or just take out my walk?


Question:
I need help decideing if I should lower my calorie intake or just take out my 30 miniute walk. Will keep eating as much as I am and take a 30 minute walk be the same healthwise as eating less and no walk? I need to gain weight and I already have other exercises I do

Answers:
Even though you need to gain weight you should still walk, that exercise is good for you. It helps to keep your heart healthy, it also makes you feel better. If you want to gain weight increase your intake of protiens with lean meats and go ahead and eat lots of carbs, but make sure that you get fresh fruits and vegetables in your diet.

lowwer calorie I personally suggest TACO BELL. Eating two tacos a day will keep the doctor away.
