If you eat small frequent meals (5 per day), this will make a difference but, without exercise you'll only get so far.

I am in nearly the same situation and the best solution I have been able to come up with is to try to make time to plan out some healthy alternatives for your lunch breaks and lunches; such as fruit or turkey sandwiches (no mayo). Also instead of trying to find the closest parking place somewhere settle for whatever you get and walk. Purchase a set of 3-5 lb. free weights to use whenever you are at home regardless of how long or how many repetitions you do, if you do it frequently enough it does help. Also including lots of water and green tea type supplements into your daily routine will help. Most of all try to make the best out of the little bit of time you do have to help yourself acheive your goal; and no there is no magic diet pill that will work overnight without consequences or the same amount of effort as without it.
