Starve yourself or if you must eat the just purge yourself. Work outside more often than inside.

Temperairly, starve yourself. To loose and to keep it off, do it the healthy way, eat less and healthier and exercise.

Eat 6 meals a day. Biggest meal in the morning smallest meal at night. No carbs after 3pm unless you weight train then and only then should you have carbs after 3pm and that is within 30 mins of completing your weight training routine. Eat a protein with every meal and a veggetable with every meal and your carbs should be slow burning carbs (sweet potatos and brown rice) Weight train 5 days a week and do cardio 6 days a week and cycle your carb and protein intake. Take in about .75grams of protein per pound of body weight and .5 grams of carbs and switch it up every 4 to 5 days (depending on your body type) and drink 1 gallon of water per day. You will drop alot of weight in about 20 days.

Maybe you could try the Atkins diet? If you like meat and cheese it's the thing to do. You can't have any carbs which means you can't have any bread or pasta, etc. I know quite a few people who loose 5 - 10 pounds a week this way. Good luck!
