It does not mess things up to exercise at different times during the week. I have always tried to exercise in the morning, just to get it out of the way and it makes me feel charged and energized. I have exercised at night also, because that is the only time I can go to my kickboxing classes. Some say at night messes up your sleep patterns. It does not bother me. I think as long as you exercise whatever time of day it is and stick to it, you are doing great!
Which ever time of the day you can exercise, it will still be effective.
Don't exercise closer than two hours before bed. Not good for proper sleep and metabolism.
you might find that if you do strength training in the late afternoon(4 or 5) that you'll be stronger and will see more benefits
whereas if you do cardio you might have more energy in the morning..after some light bfast
I don't think it matters ,just as long as you do it while your awake . If you try to exercise in your sleep you will end up not feeling rested , there for waisting your time completely !

No definitely.as long as u do something for at least 30mimts per day .
it is better to do exercises in the morning, when you wake up, and in the afternoon between 16.00 and 17.00 o'clock. But remember don't eat too much in the evening or all exercises will be in vain.
You can exercise in the day but remember your body needs it's rest at night .
Everytime u feel more power & energy .but it should be in a same period of time in a week or month.
you must avoid training at night because the body has to rest..for me best time is the morning,it gives you all-day energy!
I don't believe that it will mess anything up. The morning has the benefits of keeping your metabolism up for the day burning calories at a faster rate. Exercising in the evening, may keep you up when you wish to get some rest. Which ever time is best for you will be the best as you will get into a groove where it just seems like the best time for you. Some people like to work out after work, others in the early am to start their day.
