Whats the fastest way to gain weight?

I tried sittin in the house all day eating and not exercising i know it's unhealthy but I still haven't gained any weight well maybe like 2 pounds. What food should I eat to gain weight and muscle thats healthy. So whats the healthiest food I should eat to gain weight.

I heard that eating peanut butter helps you gain weight. I've also been trying to put on some pounds, although my metabolism is so high that I can never gain more than like 2 pounds. Nothing works for me. But, anyway, I've heard that if you eat a jar of peanut butter a day that works.

Carbs, and lots of them. Protein, meat. Pasta Protein and carbs alike, and maybe get a weight gainer suppliement from your local pharmacy or GNC or somewhere like that.


Insure along with your meals with put some weight one you and its healthy don't know what it taste like but that what we give to people that need to put on weight.
