my favourite free weight excercise is barbell preacher curls, great and works to the max, another favourite is bench press, inclined. gary.

bicep curls, tricep extentions, lateral raise, upright rows, overhead press, squats (keeping the free weight at each side to add extra weight), crunches using the free weights to add more weight to make the crunch stronger and harder.
