i suggest you go to your local hopital and ask for the cardiac rehab center , they can set up an exerise program to fit your physical conditionussally the exercies only take 25 to 45 minutes 3 times a week you can join agym or your local ymca to get access to machines . the ymca is useually a good bit cheaper, dont forget to do a wamup and a cooldown its very importent .good luck and hope this helps you.

It's a great series of cardio workouts that's as easy as taking a walk. It also incorporates some muscle toning which makes it even better. You can pick how long your workout is. A mile is 20 minutes and 2 miles takes about 30. You choose what's best for you. It doesn't take much work and you will burn fat and calories. You should check it out!
