How weak am I?

Question:
I'm not fat, but whenever I get up I feel tired and have to make a slight effort.

Answers:
Try some B12 or iron supplements. Both help with red blood cells and energy. Are you depressed at all? Being depressed can make even the healthiest person feel tired and fatigued. Try taking the B12 and iron and get some regular exercise. It should help!

Other Answers:
are you sure you're not fat?
You are not weak, you just feel that way because you are not feeling good about yourself and body but I think you are fine and you will be. Much care to ya.
I'm sure your not fat either. If you find simple everyday tasks difficult, you might want to have a visit with your doctor. In the mean time you might want to reevaluate some of the foods your eating-- such as fried foods, processed foods and etc. because with out a doubt, the foods that we eat effect our moods, ability to perform tasks and our motivation/energy to be active. Maybe if you eat foods high with carbohydrates, this might offer you more energy. Try eating foods with fiber, protein and viamins C--these are great nutrients for the body.
