Flaxseed (1 tbsp. = 1 gram) ~ sprinkle on cereal or in yogurt
Asian pears (1 pear = 4 grams)
Almond butter (2 tbsp. = 2 grams)
Hot chocolate (1 cup = 3 grams)
Rye bread (1 slice = 2 grams)
Beans (1/2 cup = 6 grams)

i don't recomend it, but yeah. buuuut, u will lose muscle first, then water, than fat. sooo, u could take the short cut and burn the fat first by exersizing. Your body will go into self preservation mode, you will not lose weight.
You need to eat small healthy meals and exercise
will you die if you bleed to death? does this answer your question? it freaks out your metabolism which makes it easier to gain more weight when you finally break your fast. it's better to eat healthily and excercise so you look toned, not skin-and bone.
honestly, yes you will lose weight, your body will go into starvation mode and you will lose strength and pretty your body will eat itself to stay alive, you will ache all over and crave even a nearby fly for food, you will wish death comes soon and often for you.

yes and you will eventually die. but if you in fact live, you will gain back the lost weight and about 15% or more BACK! Not in the way you want, if you deprive yourself of food, your body will begin to "eat" itself, it's definetly not something you want to do

PS. most models you see have help with their pictures..its called an air brush and no matter how much you diet, you will probably never look like that..and you will make yourself miserable in the process..
