Has anyone tried the "No White at Night" 3 step diet?


Question:
Sounds pretty easy and "doable" You eat 3 meals a day. all 3 meals you have at least 3 oz of protein. The evening meal you cannot eat any white food..(rice, bread, potatoes, pasta, corn). You don't have to count anything Has anyone tried it & if so what kind of results did you have? I'd like to lose about 25 pounds. (And please.don't tell me to stop eatting!) I know HOW to lose weight, I'm just looking for a different approach. I get so tired of counting & weighing.

It's an awesome diet. I never feel hungry, and I've lost 40 pounds in 7 weeks. (Though I still have about 40 more to go & things are slowing down a bit) It was hard to get out of the habit of a baked potaote or pasta with my evening meal, but Just turned things around and make sure if i want white carbs I have them at lunch. Give it a shot, I think you'll be happy you did.

This sounds interesting. I am doing a cleansing diet and have lost 10.5 pounds in 9 days and then 25 pounds in 5 weeks. They also agree that you should have slow burning carbs for dinner (no white) and no white after 7pm. Check it out
