Drink lots of water and eat lots of granola. Heps curb my cravings. every time you get a craving just drink a glass of water and eventually they will go away.

Try dried fruits, but not too many of them. You can get dried pineapple, banana, mango, papaya, not just raisins and apricots. They are high in natural sugars, and while they'll stave off your sugar craving, they do count as calories! My sister also swears by sunflower seeds - she keeps a packet in her desk and nibbles on them during the day.

Well done on the diet!

pineapple! not only will it cure your sweet cravings but the enzymes break down fat and help with digestion. A Flavored water beverage lke rasberry, peach, cherry theave all kinds. No calories but they but the sweet tooth to sleep.

My girlfriend and I just stumbled across this one, and it suprisingly tastes really good, so good you wouldnt know it was healthy: (all in a blender) One scoop of GNC Banana Protein, Fresh Banana, 1 3/4 to 2 cups milk, and a dash of cinamon. Just Blend! It is preferred to fill a plastic drink container all the way up with Ice, then shake it up, because it needs to be real cold. If you blend the ice with it it may water down. But this gets you 20g of protein on top of the protein in the milk, and all the vitamins from the fruit!

Fruit is the best thing you can nibble on to satisfy the sweet cravings. Fresh fruit like grapes, apples and peaches would be great, but also dried fruit is fantastic. Raisins, sultanas, prunes and apricots are great because the are naturally sweet and also the nutrient levels are higher than before they were dried. Cut out the diet drinks and products, the low cal ingredient is called ASPARTAME, it has very little in terms of calorific value but the chemical is a vey toxic nerve poisen that makes you crave sweet things.

Google it and you will know why the companies that produce have banned it use in their office canteens worldwide(!).
