What exercise is the best to tighten arms?


Question:
My arms are losing their elasticity, and I would like to tighten them for summer.
Any suggestions.

Do bicep curls very slowly! It is very effective. I mean VERRRYYYYYY SLLLOOOWWWWLLLLLYYYYY! pushups.they r kinda hard, but they really do wonders.


PULL UP'S!


Weeding a flowerbed.

Gribs and Dumbells.mostly grips though.
Try to do 100 without stopping. Do this 4-5 times a week.


Just do about 90 minutes of yoga 3-4 times a week. Using your arms to support your own body weight is an awesome way to tone them up real fast.
