That's not healthy just to eat fruits and vegetables and nothing else.
Your body needs fats (good fats) protiens, crarbs for energy. Just eating fruits and vegetables isn't going to make you lose weight and keep it off long term. I mean think about it, who wants to eat nothing but fruits and vegetables everyday!!
