If you excersised all day nonstop and ate no food in between meals, how much weight would you lose in a day?

Question:
JUST CURIOUS

Answers:
There is an approximate correlation of 3500 calories to each pound. The "normal" diet is composed of 2000 calories per day. Let's say you decided to ride a bike all day (24 hours) which burns around 50 calories every 10 minutes. This would burn about 7200 calories.

So -2000 calories for not eating and another -7200 calories of exercise is -9200 calories. This results in a change of about 2.6 pounds in the day.

But, it doesn't stop here! If you are crazy enough to actually try this, just think of all the weight you would lose in the hospital while recovering! In other words, don't try this at home.

Alot at first but it would all muscle and no fat, when you skip meals your body thinks you are starving and holds onto fat too keep you alive.
alot but you would have to eat something for energy to exercise
to much and if u stop this routine you will gain back plus more trust me i've done that plus i started skipping meals beacause of the weight i lost
I seriously hope that's not what your doing because it does not help. I would know. Well Exercising is good, but not eating is not. I'm pretty sure 3000 calories is one pound....but I'm might be wrong.
your genetic code, what your meals are, what excesses, how much sleep, are all important .Don't obsess too much of a good thing is never good, and can hurt you in the long run.
