Answers:
You can't target the fat loss. Lose fat and it will come off from where it needs to. The way that you have learned to eat is responsible for making obesity (according to Atlantic Monthly magazine) the number 1 health problem in the world soon replacing hunger and infectious disease. So it is mostly not your fault if you need to lose weight. You are part of this pandemic (epidemic) of obesity.

You need to learn a whole new way of eating. The site below will teach about losing bodyfat, retained water and something else. Plus you learn about anti-water and absolute fastest way to lose weight. Learn everything on it. Do this and you can be thin. Do this not and remain part of the biggest pandemic ever.

walking and running.
stairmaster or treadmill..
you can convert it to muscle by running and leg exercises (leg press, leg ext., leg curls.)
i have discovered that the BEST way to lose fat is to monitor food intake and go do cardio exercise. moreover, your cardio has to be of a moderate intensity and you should do for at least 45mins at one time. running. jogging, walking , swimming are all fine
running, it doesn't matter how fast but sustainment and slow improvement, also walking up or jogging up hills backwards, that has a large effect on thighs
work out!
Hemmrohid cream and saran wrap. Lubricate your leg with the cream tightly wrap up your leg. Do this with regular exercise.
swim, walk and stretch, especially inner thigh that gets left big and flabby even when you loose weight if you don't stretch that big inner thigh muscle well! Water aerobics--water walking in chest deep water will do the best overall body tapering you have ever seen.(and it is fun) Good Luck!

I did it and lost 50 lbs over 1 year which is just right for how fast you should be losing that much weight and shrinking your skin at the same time.
I lost weight in my thighs by using the x-trainer at the gym. I use it usually for 30-60 minutes, about 5-6 times a week. It's been 3 months and I lost 20 lbs. A lot in my thighs. Good luck!
sex and lots of it - works for me ;-)
do yoga and pilates
or squats and cardio like riding a bike
running and drink a lot of water
so when you eat something
it doesnt go right to your thighs
walking and watch out the sort of food you intake daily.
