Like I weigh 114 and I have alot of body fat whats the best way to get it off?

diet and fitness! girl you are on your way on the road to success! *whew* okay well. mm i feel the same way.. and im 105 lbs. and yeah i wanna lose it, but i dont wanna be jumping up and down with a jump rope or running 3 miles and then going to the gym and using the bowflex. there is no other alternative besides not eating, and everyone has to eat!

What is your height? BMI (body mass index) is dependent on that and weight. If you are anywhere between 5' 2'' and 5'4'', then you should not be worrying about anything. But if you are below that range, and you would like to lose a few pounds, then I advise quick walking everyday. Try at least a mile, maybe up and down a road or so (you can measure it with a car). Walking, surprisingly, helps a lot because it is an anaerobic exercise, and therefore it does not require much food intake, so you wouldn't be as hungry compared to after running a mile. And if you can walk more than that, perfect. I find walking to be the key. Also, don't stress over food or calories. Just eat healthy (fruits, vegetables, carbs, proteins) until you are FULL. And I don't mean disgustingly full, but full as though you feel satisfied, like you could eat more but you don't feel a need to. Make sure you do not snack on chips, pretzels, soda, popcorn, etc! They will add pounds much faster than having maybe a slice of cake once in a while.
And if you are taller than 5'4'', then do not worry about your weight. I'm 5'5'' or 5'6'' and about 130, and very healthy (I have a nutritionist for a mom). The key is to not stress over food and exercise the right amount. Never overdue anything.
