The idea isn;t to do it quick. It will NEVER happen quick, so don;t expect it to. Just portionalize, and be continuous with your portions. Dont eat greasy foods and dont drink soda. Work out twice a week. Easy things to get slimmer moderately quick.
Quick, diet fads work temporarily but really you need to change your eating habits permanently - lots of greens, low fat, no desserts but fruit is good. Exercise but start slowly - walking is great, biking if possible, and a safe exercise program.
3 times a week spin classes 45-60 minutes each and 4 times a week pilates DVD's at home at least 30 minutes each session with incoorporated weights. Worked for me without getting too bulky.
There is no quick method to lose weight and get built. Buy Tom Venuto's ebook, Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle. It's $40 but worth it. If you don't have the money, try the library. Bill Phillips, Body for Life is good, Bill Pearl has a free website that is also good.
stay away from the diet pills. just as quick as you have lost you will put on when you stop. because yr body has had not foods to adjust to. stick to a great healthy eating and excercise plan. i have lost alot of excess weight fast enough and now ejoying the benifits from this.
