Where can I find a great work-out plan?

Question:
I have the drive and discipline but I need a work-out plan. I'm a visual person and I need to have a list of what to do and when to do it before me. I'm aiming to be cut, not huge. Any ideas/sites? Also, ditto for the diet plan.

Answers:
I'll be your work-out plan ;)

I found that more and more people are getting their workouts online.
It keeps it fresh, it's video, and you can do a variety of different types without the cost of going to gyms.

yogalearningcenter.com is video, but can be downloaded to ipod or computer.
I am a big fan of using magazines for workout information. Some good weight lifting ones can be found in Men's Fitness (http://www.mensfitness.com), Men's Health (www.menshealth.com) and Muscle and Fitness.

If you like running, try Runner's World (http://www.runnersworld.com) or Running Times (http://www.runningtimes.com).

Another good information site can be found at:

Good luck.
I've gotten great workout plans from personal trainers at the gym. Once you've told them your fitness goals, they'll come up with a workout plan to meet that goal. Most trainers will also keep a track sheet of the workouts done and how many reps you should do. Of course, you have to pay for their services, but once you're done with the sessions, you can use the plans for a lifetime.
