whats the healthy weight for someone who is 5'3 and 15 years old?
Question:
Answers:
it sounds like you're still wanting to lose a little more weight. i think your weight is ideal for your age and height. if you should be even less than 110lbs you will look very thin. i remember when i was 111lbs at 5'3, i looked slim; but more importantly, i was healthy. it depends on your metabolism, where the pounds fall on your body, your body size. i'm now 115lbs same height, and thank gawd the weight has fallen proportionately. if you're concerned with your appearance, i bet you many people, if you asked, would prefer your size of 110lbs to 105lbs. i've been there, and i looked like skeletor.

I wouldn't want to weigh any less than that if I were you - just put on some muscle to replace any fat you have, and you'll be good. You could be 5'3" and 125 pounds and still healthy.
look up the BMI index. your perecto!!

you can go to this website and find out. your bmi is normal, but it depends on the fat in the stomach. but it sounds normal
your just rite 110 or 115 is about perfect maybe even 120 but your good just dont try and go anerixic like my gurlfriend did, nobody wants to be with an anerexic chick so good luck with your responses peace!! holla well I'm 5'5 and 14 and i weigh 118, so i would say not to worry bout it. your still a teen and you need energy to burn, so don't worry bout your weight, but don't take it to an extreme and get fat or little bitty and anorexic, but i would say your normal well maybe a little below, but nothing really. if your worried bout it you can ask your doctor about it.
According to the ideal weight calculator at ivillage.com, for a small frame 111-124 would be ideal at your height, but this is just an average, body fat percentages are not taken into account and muscle is heavier than fat.
