It's got so much caffeine the side effects are similar to overdosing with coffee...
jitters, heart papitations, shakey, sleepless, maybe a little nauseous, might even make you a little horny...

Yes I,ve used it when I first started dieting. I lost several pounds but I still swear by willpower and drinking lots and lots of water. I didn't have any side effects and it did stop my cravings for in between munching and sweets. If you are in good health and your Dr. says ok go for it.
