Answers:
if anything, i would say you are over training some. if you are really doing these EVERYDAY, then you are not giving your muscles enough time to recover. that and i dont believe in doing that many sit-ups. also, if possible, switch to pull-ups (overhand grip w/ hands fairly wide, but narrow works too). this will hit your back more and give you a better shape. also trying running for 20 min if you arent playing soccer.
as far as your diet goes, cut down on your fats (15-20% of caloric intake) and eat your veggies (broccoli, spinach, kale) and fruits ((blue)berries, oranges, bananas) and proteins, but make sure they are lean. fish and fowl are the best choices. carbs are not bad (esp. if whole grain) but should not be more than 45-55% of your caloric intake leaving protein w/ 25-40%. those veggies are 3 of the most nutrient dense veggies out there. the fruits offer a lot of health benefits as well, and they taste good.
you must also realize that this will be a lengthy process. hope this helps.

Yeah, that should do it

wow, with all that exercise, I'd eat a lot of protein and complex carbohydrates, and tons of water, but not right before or after you work out. Um that sounds like a lot for being only 16. And your not heavy already?
I mean I know peer pressure is a lot of pressure but you shouldn't have to work out like that. Better watch that weight or before you know it you'll be anorexic. :(

No, this is not enough. You need to do some research and learn what exactly will get you that six pack. Plain old crunches may not be enough.do your research.
