I fill so affele! I promissed That I would go on a diet! And lose weight so I woudent get picked around at school when it starts. But I just ate at Arbeys and now I fill I'm getting fatter! I really want to lose weight more then anything! what can I do to keep on my diet and go down to like a SMALL In teen size. PLEASE HELP ME!

Just start doing a daily routine. On monday,tuesday, and wednesday do 1,555 crunches, 100 pushups, and run 11 miles, on thursday and friday, do 100 situps, 450 pushups and run 5 miles. On the weekend just take a rest to think about me to lose even more pounds. Keep up that routine and you will be in the best shape of your life.

u need to know how to control your eating habbit. Step one is complete, acknowledging the problem. This sounds like a binge, which makes me think eating disorder, which leads me to say: Dont trust this forum--see a doctor.


First set a realistic weight that is possible to achieve and work towards it. Instead of cutting out all junk food right away take away a little bit at a time to get used to it.


When you get hungry drink a lot of water, it may curb your appitite, and of course do some exercise.

It's sick to see you talking like this. Do you see how the world has made you feel? Soceity sucks! Why cant you just love you for you? There's more to you than that pinch of a jelly roll, and whoever is judging you has issues of their own. Love yourself, nobody else will take care of you like you. Just try to eat healthy. You'll be fine. It sucks that you're picked on. I know how it feels. I'm trying to loose a little weight too before school starts.

Don't you think Jesus can help you? His grace is sufficient for you. He promised that he will send the Holy Spirit to guide you and help you and strengthen you in every difficulty. Included in the gift of the Holy Spirit is "temperance" or "self control". With this gift you can be assured that you will be able to solve your problem.
