Set your alarm clock for the next day, have your workout clothes ready the night before. When the alarm goes, get into your gear, get your shoes on and get out of the house. The hardest part is getting up and ready to do it. Once you are out the door you are on a winner!!
Think of the end results a month from now..what do you want to look like and feel like?

Start with a hobbie you like. forget the gym. If you like running, go run, if you like hiking, go take a hike he he. Working out doesn´t have to be the gym, and can be stuff you personally like to do.
If you regularly watch TV, start out by doing some situps or crunches during the whole commercial breaks of your favorite show. It seems like a little, but it will really burn. Afterwards go for a walk, or if you are ambitious, life some free weights or do jumping jacks while watching your show. The time will fly right by.
I just know I'm going to work out before 5pm every day(but I get up at 1pm usually). Just plan ahead and it'll create a groove in your life. I'd suggest finding a work out video and doing that routine. I got an army training video and do that every day twice. It's best to have some one guiding you.
