I just had my a baby (9/26/06) I weighed 180. now I weigh 160. I need to lose 30 more? Any Suggestions?

Question:
I am 30 years old and this is my 2nd child, my first is 12 years old. This time around the weight is sticking to me. Mostly stomach, butt and thighs. I am in desperate need to lose this weight. I was at 120lbs when I got pregnant and gained WAY TOO MANY..but I did have complication with pregnancy. He was 6 weeks early. I work everyday and I eat oatmeal pie 9am, ham, wheat bread sandwich for lunch and dinner I eat a regualr meal.then I do have a Stepper at home that I have been using 10mina night and I do situps (a variety of them) but the weight is still here. Any suggestions on diet supplements or anything else?

Congrats!
make sure you stay away from junk food. take the baby out for a walk everyday (provided its not raining or freezing). if you run, you can get a stroller especially for that. also, you can use the baby as a weight.to work on your arms.
Nope.
It took 9 months to gain the weight; it'll take you a while to loose it. Healthy weightloss is about 2 lbs a week. Good Luck!
well losing 20 pounds in a little over a month is really fast. your body has just probably gotten used to the routine and therefore your metabolism adjusted to what you eat and your routine. if you switch what you eat and your workout you will probably see results
I think everyone is different but something that worked for me was the blood type diet--I'm an O and things like ham and bread would cause me to gain weight no matter what the ration. Good luck-
this one worked for me

go to a gym and get a trainer.
I turned to vegetarianism for breakfast and llunch then ate meat at dinner and lost over 40 lbs in 3 months
Don't need supplements. Eat vitamins if you want, in fact it might help your body get what it needs if you ARE dieting and won't make you want to binge if your missing something in your diet.

Doing excercises on one muscle group wont make fat go away from that area, fat comes off like layers of an onion, what went on last comes off first. Spending the time you use working out your abs and putting that into more time on the stair stepper will give you better results because while its good to have strong abs (helps with health overall with good posture and balance) its not the largest of muscle groups, your legs are. Something as simple as getting a pedometer and walking an extra 500 -1000 steps per day (not hard, probably walk around the block and taking the stairs and walking to the corner store instead of driving will get you here) will show you results.

And as for food, eat whatever you want (you heard me right) BUT try to put more fiber and protein into yoru diet and if possible eat these things first. Fiber dosn't get turned into fat it just passes out (does wonders for your digestive system) and just expands when in contact with water (must be drinking this stuff btw) and makes you feel full. Protein is a slow burning fuel and closely resembles muscle tissue. When your body wants to make new muscle (the process of making this new muscle burns energy AND the process of having this new muscle, not even using it you can be sleeping, burns energy just to keep it alive) it will go for the protein instead of sugars, carbs, or alcohols for raw material. Because it burns slower it makes you feel full longer than carbs or sugars that basicaly goes off like a firework giving y ou a ton of energy t hen is quickly depleted making you hungry.

DONT starve yourself, if your hungry then eat, just replace whatever it is your eating with some almonds or ham (sodium can't be that great but deal with it when u lose those pounds i guess). eat often so your body keeps itself nurrished, then work those legs, (btw aerobic excercise such as swimming, jogging, or running not only works out giant muscle groups that LOVE to use the food you just ate but also you have your heart rate increasing which itself also LOVES to eat up the same energy)

Cheers
Congat's on the little one as I am a 45 year old father of three. I am currently on a no diet weight loss plan called STACK. It requires no skipped meals or special foods to eat or buy and it is very easy to use and my results have been very good
Hi,
I've tried all different diets, and the weight loss is only temporary. I finally tried diet pills on the market are made from Hoodia. I saw this stuff on ABC News. It's all natural and safe, and it works! My wife took it for a month and dropped 20 pounds. I took it for a month and lost about 13 (but I didn't exercise).

I bought the natural hoodia from this website: http://www.alllsite.info/free-diet-pills. . I checked the web site address so I can post it here and I saw they're running a promotion now to get a free 2 week sample for only $4.97! I'm going to order this supply for my wife and give it to her for Christmas =)
