Oh lets see, staying healthy makes you more attractive to the ladies, gives you self confidence, brings more respect from your peers and supervisors, gives you more endurance with everything you do, (which the ladies like), makes you look younger than you actually are, makes you feel younger than you actually are, makes your life last longer.hopefully!?!
Being lazy and fat you WILL eventually develop heart problems, liver problems, kidney problems, diabetes.bye bye toes, feet, ankles. It's all a matter of time! The key to a long and healthy life is eat right (I'm guilty of violating that rule), exercising at least 4 to 5 days a week for about an hour to two hours each day, varying your routine so you don't burn out. Run two days a week, then swim or bicycle for a couple of days and then do some weights. Variety is the spice of life! Running and bicycling cost almost nothing compared to golfing or even a gym membership. Personally I enjoy running and working out on a heavy bag. I never get bored with it either.
