Do we have to exercise everyday to loose weight fast?

I have been watching my diet and doing some daily walking and 25mins of low impact aerobic.Would i be able to lose weight?

Yes that will help I would also try to add some other life style changes as well.

Avoid all sodas, (did u know that most sodas have 10 teaspoons of sugar?)

also try not to eat past 7PM and if you do, just snack on something very light on carbs (perhaps fruits etc).

you are on the right track. You don't want to exercise everyday though cause your muscles need a break. Change up your work out also. Don't do the same things everytime in the same order It depends on how many calories you are taking in vs. how many you are working off. It's hard to answer without specifics. But, I've been on weight watchers since February and exercising about 30-45 minutes 4-5 days a week and I've lost 22 lbs. So you are on the right track! Good Luck!
