Does every person have to eat breads every day in order to stay healthy?

If you are referring to the 'bread group' in the food pyramid it includes more than just bread, and I would definitely use something besides store bought bread anyway. I would try to eat more natural foods to stay healthy and I would try to eat from the basic food groups as well. As far as having to eat from the bread group every day, I would try to if possible just to stay healthy.your greatest wealth is your health.good luck.

No. I have never heard that theory before. short answer, no - longer answer, you have to find out what works for you, some people do better with fewer carbs, some can get away with eating more. personally, i'm better off with fewer carbs and more protein, carbs bloat and fatigue, protein (straight meat) i can eat until i'm full without problems.
